If you are sending MAC files or larger PC files, compressing them (use Drop Stuff for MAC & WinZip for PC) can help prevent corruption and make uploading and downloading your files quicker.

Please be sure to include all fonts used in your files and the originals of all linked or imbedded graphics.

If you do not know how to do this, we would prefer that you send us an Adobe PDF document of your file. This normaly is the best method for printing documents created in the Microsoft Office Suite family.
